i’ve been using this planner for several months and have just got my second one. it’s been the only planner i’ve been able to keep without tapping out. i’m a collegiate athlete and this planner has been a game changer. tracking my practice schedule and as well as my food and water intake are my favorite features of this planner. it really helps with goal setting and tracking too. i couldn’t recommend it enough

This is such a great alternative to teaditional planners. I love that it’s undated so when my mental health is mental healthing, and I miss a couple days, i can just pick up where i left off, instead of wasting half the book. I also love that it’s broken down into monthly, weekly, and daily sections for a wider or slimmer outlook, and also to track larger or more detailed goals. I usually skip over gratitude prompts in journals and such, but the ones in the balance book are bite sized, and lo and behold, focusing on gratitude alongside normal goals and objectives really does alter your perspective for the better. The best part is that not only does it work great for keeping track of meetings, appointments, deadlines and such for work and personal life, but is also hugely helpful if you don’t work. I am not currently working, and can still use it to track chores, projects, family activities, vacation prep and vacation activities, exercise and water intake, etc. The flexibility in usefulness is what i think makes the Balance Book really stand out. Plus! It comes with cute little bookmarks for each section! I bought in bulk, and ended up giving them to friends and family members because everyone can use this! I imagine it would be great for managing college classes and homework, too. Wish i would have had this back then!
